OPENING OF BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TARČIN-SUHODOL MOTORWAY SECTION
The opening of bids for the construction of the 5c Corridor motorway section Tarčin-Suhodol was held on the 10th of January, 2012. The best bid was submitted by a consortium from Bosnia and Herzegovina consisting of Euro-Asfalt, ŽGP Sarajevo, GP Put Sarajevo, Hidrogradnja Sarajevo, Hering Široki Brijeg, and Vijadukt Zagreb.
The total cost of the project is 113,153,422 euros. The time for construction is three years. The length of the motorway section is 4.65 kilometres. The section also includes the three kilometres long Suhodol tunnel. This is a significant achievement for companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina having in mind that several large companies from various European countries also participated in the bidding.
