Asphalt plant, quarries, laboratory
In 2006, Euro-Asfalt Ltd. founded a subsidiary company BH Asfalt, which operates a state-of-the-art asphalt plant.
The plant is located in Breza, some twenty kilometres from Sarajevo. It was built in 2006 by OKIPP Ltd. – Wibau Group. The maximum production capacity of the plant is 120 tonnes per hour.
The asphalt plant is fully automated, environmentally friendly, and fully in line with ISO 9001:2008 standard. Only two employees are required to be present for the entire manufacturing process. The manufactured asphalt undergoes daily quality testing in our own laboratory, which is equipped with technology produced by the world’s leading industry brands.
Euro-Asfalt Ltd. also operates the Moščanica quarry in Zenica where raw minerals are extracted for the manufacturing of concrete, aggregates fractions and asphalt. The open-pit type quarry contains large deposits of high-quality aggregates for extraction.
