AUDIENCE WITH DEPUTY RULER OF DUBAI
On Friday, the 14th of December, a delegation of BBI Bank, BBI Real Estate and Euro-Asfalt – members of the BBI VIP Business Club –had an audience with the Deputy Ruler of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates Finance Minister, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum. During the audience, the deputy head of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum was especially interested in the investment environment in our country and the possibility of investing in the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Together with the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), BBI Bank is co-organising the Sarajevo Business Forum, the largest investment conference in Southeast Europe. BBI Bank CEO Amer Bukvić shared his experiences related to the organisation o this conference, and presented the opportunities offered to foreign investors.
He underlined the importance of Sarajevo as the economic hub of Southeast Europe and a gateway to the East. Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum inquired about investments in agriculture and grain production. He expressed willingness to visit BiH and take part in the Sarajevo Business Forum.
