Construction and reconstruction of Kolašin–Berane road The construction and reconstruction of a 14-kilometres-long road between Kolašin and Berane in Montenegro was initialled in December 2016 with the signing of building contracts in Podgorica. The deadline for completion is 30 months.

Draženci–Gruškovje Highway The construction of a 5.8-kilometres-long highway section from Draženci to the Croatian-Slovenian border post at Gruškovje was initialled in May 2016. The section includes 12 highway bridges and a twin-tube tunnel.

Mihrivode Development in Sarajevo The mixed-use (office and housing) development in Mihrivode neighbourhood of Sarajevo has three separate units with the total floor area of c. 6,500 square meters, and was built using state-of-the-art, high-quality building materials.

Hotel Bristol The complete “turn-key” reconstruction and extension of the Grand Hotel Bristol; with its total floor area of c. 22 thousand square meters, the hotel is now a true gem on the capital’s skyline.
